For the protection of credit card holders, we use Address Verification Service. The Bill-to section of your Order Form must match the name and address on your credit card statement. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause a delay in processing your order.
While your order is being processed, your credit card number information is stored in encrypted form in our database. After the order is processed, the information is automatically deleted. |

We make every effort to protect your online order information. One of the ways in which we do this is by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts your order information with the industry standard for secure online commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. To check the security of your connection, look at the lower right-hand corner of your browser window after accessing the checkout server. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending upon your browser), then SSL is active. You can also double-check by looking at the URL line of your browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from "http" to "https".
These measures make it very unlikely that your credit card information will be compromised online. However, in the event of an unauthorized use of your credit card, notify your credit card provider or issuing bank in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. You are protected by regulations that cover credit card purchases and limit your liability to a maximum of fifty dollars in charges.
If you don't want to use your credit card on the Internet, use our Purchase Order checkout option and check out online. Once you have fully submitted your order, you will be able to call in your card number to make payment or mail a personal check or money order.
Some versions of browsers don't permit communication through secure servers. That may also be true if you are connected to the Internet behind a firewall. In that case, you'll be unable to place an order online. If you can't access the secure server or are unable to connect for any reason, please place your order by phone or by fax.
